After you submit the Application Form below, you are just a few simple steps away from becoming part of the Miss Charm USA Class of 2026!

Step One:
□ Fill out the Registration Form, Eligibility & Participation Agreement Form

□ Fill out the Title Selection Form – Select your top three title choices for the competition

□ Complete step one by submit the registration fee $395

Once your registration has been reviewed and confirmed, you will be notified by email of your appointed title for the competition.

Upon registration, you will receive information regarding your remaining fee balance and payment schedule deadline. Contestants may also choose to submit their full entry fee at the time of registration.

Step Two:
□ Pay your entry fee $295 – Review due date from the checklist in your acceptance email.

Step Three:
□ Fill out your Satin Sash Form

□ Pay for the satin sash $150 (plus $10 shipping fee)
