To enter Miss Charm USA 2026, you must meet all of the following:
• Must be at least 19 years of age and no older than 33 years of age as of January 1, 2026.
• Must currently reside in the United States, its territories, or U.S. island jurisdictions, and consider the United States their primary home residence.
• Must be able to travel internationally and obtain a valid passport if selected to represent the United States at Miss Charm International.
• Must not currently be married.
• Must never have participated in a marriage ceremony, whether legally recognized or not.
• Must not be pregnant and must never have given birth to a child.
• Must be of good moral character and not have any criminal convictions or history that could negatively reflect on Miss Charm USA, Miss Charm International, sponsors, partners, or fellow participants.
• Must not be bound by any exclusive professional agreement, including modeling, management, entertainment, or media contracts, that would interfere with the responsibilities and appearances associated with the title.
• Must agree to uphold the values, professionalism, and public image of Miss Charm USA throughout the duration of participation and reign.
